Once you book a family or couples session with me, you’ll be asked to either fill in a pre-shoot questionnaire or book in a free call (via Zoom or phone!) so I can get to know you a little better. We’ll cover what you’re looking to achieve with your photos, where you’d like to do it, and if you have any styling (or other) questions.

On the day, we’ll meet at an outdoor location (as recommended by me or chosen by you!), where we’ll spend an hour having some fun with the camera. No pressure here, it’s about taking our time and helping you feel 100% relaxed in the moment! Feel free to bring easy outfit changes, and dress to feel your best.

After the shoot, I’ll curate and edit 15 photos in high quality, which you’ll be able to print or share online. Additional photos can be purchased at an extra cost (£10 per image).

I’m based just outside of Frome, Somerset. While I can easily cover shoots in Frome, Bath, Warminster or the immediate surrounding areas, travel over 40 minutes may require an additional cost, which I will quote following your initial inquiry.

In terms of photography locations, I am happy to meet almost anywhere - parks, woodlands, outdoor play areas or fields, you name it (nature is my happy place!). I’m also happy to provide recommendations based on your requirements, or let me know if you have somewhere specific in mind.

We all want those golden-hour moments, but sometimes it’s just not possible! That said, those moody, cloudy days can also give us some of the best photos - so, worry not.

While the weather in the UK is unpredictable, we can take photos in most situations. If we’re having mega rain and storms, we will of course reschedule (after all, this is your shoot!).

Ahead of our planned shoot, I will keep an eye on the weather and let you know if I think we will have any issues 24 hours in advance.

First off, same! As a photographer, I have one side of the lens that I love, and one that I genuinely fear.

That said, these sessions are all about making you feel as comfortable as possible. If you’re nervous, we’ll head to a location where we know there’s less foot traffic, and we can always take a little extra time if you need to get into the swing of it.

If there’s something you’re particularly self-conscious about, let me know and we’ll talk it out (it’s never what it seems and we’re normally too harsh on ourselves!).

Plus, while we don’t need to do lots of posed shots, I will come armed with ideas and advice to help you get started.

Pet photo sessions are a great way to capture magical moments with our beloved companions (I have a dog and two cats, and I cannot count the number of pictures I’ve stacked up over time).

For dogs, we’ll head out for a walk or chill out in your garden - wherever your pup will be most comfortable - to get some lovely action shots.

You’re welcome to be involved, or we can just take pictures of your dog (it’s up to you!). If we’re in a public space, I’d just ask that you bring treats or a favourite toy so we have control at all times. Whether your dog is okay off-lead or you prefer to keep them on-lead, that’s no problem at all!

For those who need to stay on-lead, I have a long lead so we can still get fun action shots, too!
